Pilot policy notice: This policy is prepared for Presyntra's pilot-stage public website and pilot workspace and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before enterprise launch.

Overview

Presyntra helps teams turn rough decks and raw content into polished, brand-compliant, editable PowerPoint presentations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and what choices are available to you in connection with the website, pilot workflows, and related communications.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, business email, company, role, and login activity.
  • Workspace configuration and notification preferences linked to your account.
  • Contact and support information submitted through public forms or support requests.
  • Usage, device, browser, and service diagnostics used to operate, secure, and improve the experience.
  • Device, browser, network, and security signals used to keep the service reliable and protected.

Uploaded decks, templates, and files

Presyntra processes uploaded presentation files, templates, screenshots, and related project metadata so it can analyze structure, apply BrandKit rules, support review workflows, assess output quality, and prepare editable export output. Users retain ownership of uploaded content. We do not sell uploaded deck or project data, and we do not use customer-uploaded decks in public examples without permission.

How we use information

  • Provide the core formatting, review, collaboration, and export experience.
  • Support customer onboarding, support requests, and service communications.
  • Maintain product performance, reliability, billing operations, and security controls.
  • Improve pilot workflows, template handling, product quality, and enterprise readiness over time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functional, remember preferences, support account access, measure product usage, and improve the experience. Some of these tools may be operated by us or by service providers acting on our behalf. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the product, deliver communications, process account-related workflows, support security operations, or maintain the service. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, enforce our agreements, or support corporate transactions. We do not sell personal information from pilot deck workflows.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support pilot workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary by data type, account status, operational needs, and applicable law.

Security-conscious handling

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information, uploaded files, and service operations. That includes access controls, operational monitoring, and review-oriented workflow design. Even so, no hosted system or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

  • Request access to eligible personal information associated with your account.
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate account records.
  • Request deletion where legally available and operationally appropriate.
  • Request review of marketing and product communication preferences.
  • Use account settings, unsubscribe links, or support channels to manage available communications.
