  • Uploaded Files: files provided by users for processing.
  • Generated Output: presentations or assets produced by the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must have legal authority to accept these terms and to provide content submitted to the Platform. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials, access controls, lawful content use, and all activity performed through your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful purposes, including attempts to disrupt service availability or security.

6. File Uploads and User Content

You retain ownership of Uploaded Files and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and process such content through Presyntra.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

Generated Output may contain errors, omissions, or formatting inconsistencies. Presyntra does not guarantee that output will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every use case.

8. Human Review Requirement

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all Generated Output before internal or external use, publication, or distribution.

9. Intellectual Property

  • User retains ownership of Uploaded Files.
  • User owns Generated Output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
  • Presyntra retains ownership of platform software, models, workflows, and branding.

10. Subscription, Billing, and Usage Limits

Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and usage limits are defined by your selected plan and applicable commercial agreement.

11. Free Trials and Beta Features

Trial or beta functionality may be limited, changed, or discontinued without notice and may be provided with reduced support commitments.

12. Data Processing and Storage

User data may be processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy and deployment configuration. Retention windows should be finalized before production launch.

13. Service Availability and Maintenance

Platform availability can be impacted by maintenance windows, provider incidents, or force majeure events. Uptime commitments, if any, are plan-specific.

14. Third-Party Services

Presyntra may rely on third-party services including AI providers, storage providers, and payment providers. Their separate terms may apply.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presyntra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Presyntra harmless from claims, losses, and liabilities arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

18. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, non-payment, security risk, or misuse. Certain sections survive termination where applicable.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.

20. Governing Law

Governing law and venue will be finalized before production launch and documented in the executed customer agreement.
