Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Presyntra. By accessing or using the website or service, you agree to these terms and any applicable order form or subscription agreement that governs your workspace.

Pilot-stage service

Presyntra is a pilot-stage SaaS product for PowerPoint formatting, BrandKit compliance, review workflows, and editable PPTX export. Features, pricing, supported workflows, and availability may change as the pilot evolves.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting credentials, controlling workspace access, and ensuring that authorized users follow your organization's internal review and approval requirements.

User content and uploaded files

You retain ownership of the files, templates, text, and other content you upload to Presyntra. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, review, and export that content as part of providing the service.

Customer responsibility for decks and content

You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights, permissions, and approvals needed to upload and process business decks, templates, logos, charts, images, and other materials through the service.

Presyntra output and review requirement

Presyntra assists with formatting, review, and editable PPTX export, but users remain responsible for reviewing final files before business use. We do not promise perfect formatting, perfect brand compliance, or error-free PPTX output for every file.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity, including attempts to disrupt platform availability, bypass security controls, misuse billing flows, or upload content that you do not have the right to process.

Intellectual property

Presyntra, its software, design, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or our underlying technology to you.

Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party hosting, communications, storage, analytics, or infrastructure providers. Their availability and performance can affect how the service operates.

Confidentiality and sensitive business decks

We design the pilot product for careful handling of confidential business decks, but you should avoid uploading information that your organization prohibits from being processed in a hosted pilot environment without appropriate internal approval.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on a pilot-stage basis and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the service without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, fully accurate, or suitable for every workflow, file, or compliance requirement.

Limitation of liability placeholder

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Presyntra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Additional limitations, caps, and negotiated terms may apply in an order form or enterprise agreement. This section should be reviewed by legal counsel before broader commercial launch.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the service, respond to security concerns, enforce these terms, address non-payment, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate commercial commitments.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the pilot product evolves. When changes are material, we may revise the effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
